Occasionally having one big meal won’t hurt you. A large meal like that might be difficult to digest and could lead to gas, diarrhea etc. Otherwise it doesn’t make one hill of beans of difference. You should have a set amount of calories you will allow yourself to consume on a daily basis to maintain your weight.
