Reasons of Breast Pain


 It’s also known as ‘mastalgia’. During the menstrual cycle, various hormones cause changes in breast tissue that can lead to pain or discomfort in some woman.

Causes:

       1.   Puberty
       2.   Hormonal changes
       3.   Breast tumor
       4.   Breast surgery
       5.   Smoking
       6.   Pregnancy
       7.   Menopause
       8.   Brest size
       9.   Unhealthy diet.

Treatment :
       1.   Wearing a supportive bra 24hrs a day when pain is at it’s worst
       2.   Reduce sodium intake
       3.   Take calcium supplements
       4.   Take oral contraceptives, which may regulate hormonal 
        activities    
       5.   Take estrogen blockers, such as tamoxifen
       6.   Take medicine to relieve pain
       7.   Consult a doctor.

Diet & Lifestyle Changes:
       1.   Eat low fat diet
       2.   Consume high fibre diet
       3.   Reduce caffeine & alcohol
       4.   Eat fresh fruits & vegetables
       5.   Do exercise in regular basis
       6.   Wear a supportive, comfort, correctly fitting bra.
